Through real-world clinical vignettes, Dr. Scott Solomon illustrates how to uncover patient goals, clearly communicate risks and benefits, and build collaborative treatment plans. The session emphasizes early use of SGLT2 inhibitors and finerenone to reduce hospitalizations, improve quality of life, and optimize long-term outcomes.
